LOCATION: New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Aligarh, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Bareilly
EXPECTED QUALIFICATION DETAILS: MBA/PGDM
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales & Collection target allocation to Sales Account Managers & regular monitoring of Ad sales revenue achievements
- Ensure timely closure of deals along with team
- Handling a team of Account Managers & monitoring team’s clients
- Managing agency relationships:
- Identifying agencies
- Maintaining healthy client relationships
- Interacting with corporate/retail clients:
- Creating briefs according to clients needs
- Ensuring timely delivery of briefs
- Coordinating and integrating with the Programming & Creative Solutions team for timely development of creatives
- New Business Development for business expansion
- Continuous Performance Evaluation, Training & motivation of team
