EXPECTED QUALIFICATION DETAILS: MBA/PGDM

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales & Collection target allocation to Sales Account Managers & regular monitoring of Ad sales revenue achievements
• Ensure timely closure of deals along with team
• Handling a team of Account Managers & monitoring team’s clients
• Managing agency relationships:
  • Identifying agencies
  • Maintaining healthy client relationships

• Interacting with corporate/retail clients:
  • Creating briefs according to clients needs
  • Ensuring timely delivery of briefs

• Coordinating and integrating with the Programming & Creative Solutions team for timely development of creatives
• New Business Development for business expansion
• Continuous Performance Evaluation, Training & motivation of team
